How to Match Agent Item IDs to Yupoo Seller Lines
Reconcile buying-service item references with a multi-seller Yupoo request one line at a time, keeping your own labels and the source identifiers distinct.
Treat service IDs as a new layer of the record
When a buying service replies to several item enquiries, it may assign references that are different from your seller codes or personal list labels. This workflow is for reconciliation; it does not describe a particular agent dashboard or guarantee that a service uses one ID format.
Begin with your submitted list. Each line should retain the seller identifier, album URL, selected variant, quantity and personal label. Add a blank field for any item reference later supplied by the handling service.
Match using more than message order
- Compare the service's item description to your selected source.
- Verify the seller reference if the reply displays one.
- Check colour, size and quantity before assigning an ID.
- Leave ambiguous references unmatched; do not guess from list position.
The multi-seller request structure preserves the boundaries needed for this comparison.
Resolve partial or combined replies
If the service answers only one of several items, mark only that line answered. If a reply appears to merge two selections, ask which source and variant the new reference represents. The seller availability reply guide shows why a response date and exact option matter.
Carry the mapping forward
Keep your personal label and source URL even after a service ID is known. A later receiving photo or parcel proposal should be matched to the service reference and, through it, back to the original seller line. The parcel-split guide illustrates why this mapping matters at the next stage.
An assigned reference may represent only an enquiry, not an accepted order. Confirm status and current handling instructions with the service; do not invent progress from the existence of an ID.
