How to Prepare a Shoes QC Request for a Yupoo Item

Prepare shoe-specific receiving-photo questions using the agreed model reference, size label and paired-item details without promising authentication or inspection.

Anchor the request to one selected pair

For shoes, an album may show several angles, colourways or boxes. Write the selected item code, colour label, size and quantity beside the album before requesting any check. A photo of a similar pair is not an order reference for the one you chose.

This checklist describes questions you can ask if the item is purchased and received. It does not establish an inspection service, an authentication result or a condition guarantee.

Ask about paired details

  • Can the received size marking be shown for the selected pair?
  • Do the left and right shoes appear to correspond to the accepted colourway?
  • Is a specified visible detail shown from a comparable angle?
  • If a box or accessory mattered to the request, was its inclusion actually agreed and can it be seen?

Use the included-accessory question guide before relying on a box or extra part shown only in a photograph. Photograph presence does not establish that an accessory is included in the sale.

Keep photo requests limited and checkable

Ask for the view that answers one identified question. The additional-source-photo guide is about resolving an uncertainty before ordering; receiving photos are a different stage. If the handling service cannot provide a particular view, mark it not performed rather than passed.

Compare only what photographs can show

Look for a visible mismatch in label, selected colour or agreed component. Do not infer fit, construction quality or authenticity from an image alone. Connect any difference to the approved item record and ask for clarification before giving parcel instructions.

The general QC preparation guide provides the status fields for answered, unclear and unavailable checks. Confirm current inspection and forwarding options directly with the handling service; this page states no policy or remedy.
