How to Separate Yupoo Price Evidence from Product Photos

Keep seller price messages and Yupoo image references in distinct fields so a product photograph is not mistaken for a current quoted amount.

Images identify; messages may quote

A Yupoo album can help identify the item a buyer wants, but a product image alone does not establish a current purchase amount. If a seller supplies an amount elsewhere, save that message with its date and the exact item it names. Do not put a number copied from a screenshot into a price field without the surrounding source context.

Two evidence columns

For each proposed line, store the album URL and selected photo clue in one field. Store any seller quote, listing page or agent response in a separate field. Add the seller identity and option label to both. This makes it easier to notice when a price message refers to a different colour or size. The album-versus-listing guide covers the link distinction; the shopping spreadsheet guide gives a row structure.

What if the sources conflict?

Do not average or choose a preferred figure. Ask which current listing and selected variant the new amount covers. A later price-change record should preserve both versions and the decision that followed.

If no reliable amount has been supplied, leave the field empty and ask for a current quote through an available seller or agent channel. This page does not publish prices, assert fee structures or imply that an album photo can validate a payment request.
